There isn't much that really stands out to me.. My nose was naturally a bit upturned and the columella was straight, but as soon as both the manager and the director saw my nose, they said it had contracture. Then after touching my nose they said, 'Ah, it's soft..' That kind of killed the vibe. The doctor's consultation was fairly standard, but they suggested proceeding with osteotomy and Gore-Tex, which no other place had recommended at all, so I just ruled it out. Still, for noses that have become deformed due to contracture and the like, I think they are pretty good at revision surgery~
