This was the hospital I went to for the second consultation about nose revision in Gangnam. The consultation was just average, and they said they would use costal cartilage. I'm hesitant about using costal cartilage.. Since it's nose revision surgery, I'm being cautious and it's hard to choose a hospital.. I think I'll need to think about it a bit more.
