First impression of the clinic was that there were too many staff members, and it felt like they were all gathered together chatting unnecessarily. I liked that I could meet the doctor right away without the consultation manager, and they said Motiva was not available at the clinic because it is not FDA-approved. They explained things well without pushing anything too much. However, the consultation manager was pretty insistent about the deposit, and the discount rate became ridiculously high if I signed up, so it felt suspicious...
