The most disappointing things after surgery were 1. The back cheekbone was left unshaved, so a step remained there (to the point that the step could be clearly felt by hand), and the front width did not get narrower 2. The pin fixation on the right came loose, so the pin kept sticking and separating under the skin (when I pressed on it, the pin would sink in, and when I moved my jaw, it would pop back out), causing noise from the cheekbone In the end, pin removal became unavoidable 3. The price was about 300,000 to 400,000 won cheaper than at other hospitals From my personal experience, I deeply regret my decision to have cheekbone surgery at this hospital. If you want the back cheekbone shaved, it counts as a revision surgery and costs more than double. There are quite a few places that include the back cheekbone from the beginning for people with prominent back cheekbones, so I think it would be good to search carefully before going.
