I didn't actually get any procedures, so I gave surgery expectation 1. It's a big-clinic style, but they do the doctor consultation first and the cost is on the cheaper side. The doctor tells you clearly what can and can't be done. The manager keeps telling you to leave a deposit, but they're kind. I changed direction to look into a facelift instead of threads, so I won't be proceeding with thread lifting. Planning to go back for a facelift consultation.
