For adding fat grafting to the front cheek, the total cost was 1.628 million won. In one word, my assessment is a factory-style hospital. They really do a lot of advertising. I was even surprised to hear an audio ad on the subway. An ad like, "(roughly a marketing line) ~~plastic surgery clinic is at ~~ Station Exit ~~." I arrived on time for my appointment, but waited about 30 minutes. It wasn't even that crowded, and there was no explanation at all for the delay. Looking back now, I wonder if there was any reason to keep me waiting? It even felt intentional to me (that's just my subjective thought). First, I had a consultation with the director. I was told that fat repositioning would be enough and that fat grafting was not strictly necessary. There was no overtreatment, but this was the first hospital I went to while looking into under-eye surgery, so I didn't really know much and was obviously awkward. Maybe because of that, the impression wasn't very friendly, and it felt like, "You don't really know, right? Sure, I'll handle it for you," which was disappointing. There wasn't much explanation either. They didn't take photos to analyze them or carefully diagnose my under-eyes. Looking back now after visiting many clinics, I do wonder how easy I must have looked back then. The coordinator was kind, but there was pressure to pay a reservation deposit. Reservation fee: 100,000 won. Still, when I asked for a refund about three days later, they processed it cleanly.
