I had consultations at 6 places because of contracture, and nowhere recommended less surgery than here. They said the silicone should be removed and the step-off part on the bridge of the nose could be filled with cartilage granules, and they didn't even recommend open surgery unless necessary. As someone who was worried about scars, that was the most reassuring thing to hear, and while listening to the explanation and designing the nose together with the director through virtual surgery, I liked how they explained everything from A to Z about what kind of surgery would be needed. The consultation took about 1 hour excluding the wait (it was a weekday so there was almost no wait, and I went right in after check-in).
