There is a bit of overinjection when they do the scar filler. They say it loosens up over time, but in practice, if too much is injected into a scar, it clumps, the natural breakdown slows, and because it forms a capsule, dissolving it can cause greater side effects, so it's a tricky situation. Of course, compared with other places it did feel noticeably fuller, but because there were often cases where the amount went in so much that it looked overly voluminous from scar filler alone, I think other places were better for scar filler than here.
