When they were writing up the chart, they suddenly took a photo with an iPhone, which caught me off guard. But then they printed it on A4 paper and used that for the consultation, which surprised me a second time lol. The director answered everything I asked kindly. They did seem busy. They weren't the type to push anything on me. They only said things when I asked? I wanted to do front canthoplasty, but they said it would definitely fail and told me absolutely not to do it. For lateral canthoplasty, they showed me step by step how it would turn out. They were honest about what could be done and what couldn't.
