I went after seeing an app event. Since I made an appointment and went for a consultation, I remember feeling a sense of pride in the director's skill, which made me trust them a bit. lol It wasn't a sales-pitch kind of consultation either, and I was generally satisfied. But maybe because the hospital is so big, it felt chaoticㅠㅠ
