The director’s consultation was decent. They briefly explained the necessary things for the surgery and the things that needed explaining, then it was over, so it didn’t seem like the type who keeps explaining and explaining. The staff were much kinder than at other hospitals. Compared with places where the staff joke and laugh among themselves in front of customers, here I could feel that the staff were focused on the customers, and I liked that. Maybe because I’ve seen so many terrible staff latelyㅠ There were many doctors, so there were also many customers, and I did see some people getting annoyed because of the waiting time. I recommend leaving plenty of time when booking a consultation.
