It felt like a factory; the wait was long. I had a consultation with the doctor, then another with the director. I told the front desk that I had no time and would just go home after the doctor consultation, and they said the director would contact me, but a day has passed and there has been no separate contact. Since they do a lot of procedures and surgeries, they probably just forgot.
