The doctor looked tired but was kind, and explained the surgery method thoroughly with a PowerPoint. This was the first hospital like that I’d seen. Everyone at the desk and the consultation manager were kind, but the manager seemed not to know much about the surgery, which was disappointing. It felt like they were just a middleman, nothing more and nothing less. The hospital was too large, and they said there would be a lot of swelling, so I passed. Later they texted me saying they’d give me a bigger discount if I came back. Honestly, I liked the doctor, the expected outcome of the surgery, and the price... but because it was a big hospital, they said there would be a lot of swelling and that I wouldn’t be able to live normally for a while, and the consultation manager didn’t know much about the surgical method. That’s why I passed ㅠㅠ So if a friend I know is 고민ing, I’d recommend it.
