Second nose surgery, using donated rib cartilage and silicone. The consultation was kind, and because I had a bulbous nose and wanted a glamorous nose, I asked them to raise it as much as possible. The shape came out flashy and pretty. The problem was that my septum was crooked from the start. I thought it would be swelling and waited, but it stayed the same; the bridge itself wasn't bent, and if you looked at the nostril area, the septum was completely tilted to one side. Outwardly I liked the shape of the nose, but I couldn't live forever with one nostril blocked, so when I asked the clinic they said it was an ENT issue and there was nothing they could do, and told me to go to an ENT clinic and get a laser cauterization procedure. After the surgery, once the swelling went down, the pinched nose shape was also severe. That was partly because my original nose had a slightly similar shape, but after surgery it became even worse. They said I developed nasal valve stenosis. After going around to different places, I had septoplasty and nasal valve surgery at a university hospital and breathing became much easier. Still, I think the shape here was prettier. As for the septum, since the first surgery used septal cartilage elsewhere, I think it got a bit worse, but in the first place, people with rhinitis should think carefully and decide after a lot of consideration.
