On the CT scan, they said my face was asymmetrical. (It's the same.) However, for just one nose surgery, they mentioned LMA/general anesthesia, and unlike the first hospital, they said my nose was not a bulbous nose but a normal nose. They also said the bridge was fairly high already, but if they raised the nose more, the face would look even longer, so we should first match the overall balance. They said I gave off a Son Ye-jin from Crash Landing on You vibe, and that even a tiny improvement from my current face would make a much more feminine impression, so they recommended full facial contouring. If full contouring feels too much, they said chin advancement surgery to bring the chin forward could improve the face-looking-longer impression. (I do really understand what they mean, but contouring feels too much.) They said that if I had surgery without an implant, the result would be so slight that even my parents might not notice, so it would be best to insert silicone of about 3 mm no matter what, and that because the distance between my eyes is narrow, they couldn't insert very much anyway. They had a very specific aesthetic they themselves were pursuing, and it felt like they were asking me to match that aesthetic. And I also strongly felt that because my budget wasn't suitable, they were trying to adjust the chin advancement surgery + nose surgery cost to what I wanted.
