My nose was small, and the height and shape were ugly like it had been smashed down, so I went in expecting a major overhaul honestly, but the director didn’t recommend many other things beyond what I expected. They only recommended bridge augmentation and tip refinement for a small nose. At minimum, I expected the quote to be about 3 million won more, and when I asked whether I didn’t need to do other things too, they said I didn’t need them and handled the consultation that way. I think those parts where there was no over-treatment(?) made me trust them more. They also showed me before-and-after photos, and at least the scar near the columella seemed to be handled so well that it was barely visible, and the nasolabial angle was what I cared about most, and it seemed like they were really good at bringing that angle out beautifully! And when I said I was worried that if nose surgery went badly, my philtrum would look longer, they confidently showed photos and said I didn’t need to worry about that, which also made me trust them a lot.
