Ugh, I came here through a friend's recommendation for a consultation and it was honestly ridiculous. First they did a CT scan and some kind of 3D imaging, and just that alone took over 20 minutes. It felt like they were inexperienced, and the staff were rude. Seriously, their looks and the way they acted? They were unbelievably rude. The doctor, though, was okay during the consultation. The surgery method was something I'd never heard of, so I did feel a bit of trust, but I'm not young and every time I asked something, they kept telling me to come with my parents and wouldn't explain things properly; I was like, what? Why do I even need to come here again? Then I had another consultation with the manager, and ugh... the manager was truly unbelievably rude. Even now thinking about it... They looked down on me horribly whenever I said or asked anything, staring at me like I was nothing, just openly ignoring me. It was like they thought they were somebody important. And the worst part was that I had no idea there was a consultation fee when I came. Places that charge a consultation fee usually mention it once on the phone or again when you first fill out your info, but here they only told me after everything was done They said I had to pay 10,000 won for the consultation and 30,000 won for the CT scan, and I was like, are you kidding? When I said I hadn't heard anything about that, they went, "Oh, you didn't hear? We always charge that," and the manager disappeared. Seriously absurd. They should have told me in advance. 30,000 won for a CT scan Everywhere else it's free, though?;
