I had full-face fat grafting + hump nose osteotomy + cheekbone surgery 2 years ago. The clinic is on the expensive side, and I chose it because it pursued a natural look. The nose surgery, which should have been the main thing, is only about 50% satisfying. I keep wondering whether the hump nose was not corrected perfectly, because I am not satisfied considering how much money I spent. And especially the full-face fat grafting... a total failure Because of my constitution, the fat did not come out well and did not take, so instead of full-face I ended up doing my forehead twice with everything concentrated there, and now almost none of it remains.. The result was even worse than an acquaintance who had forehead fat grafting from fat, so I am still very disappointed.
