I am someone who went to 10 different places while searching for a functional nose surgery for a man. I did not have surgery, and I will only talk about the consultation and the feel of the hospital interior. By chance, I saw a YouTube algorithm recommendation about a man who had nose revision surgery 10 times and dreams of becoming a home shopping host, and after that I made a consultation appointment. Because I booked for the same day, the wait was a bit long, so while looking around the hospital interior and the many plaques on the walls, I thought the credentials were not fake after all. Then while I was waiting, two strong Gangnam noonas came in. They did not seem to be hospital staff, more like customers, but they had an extraordinary presence and felt like experts in cosmetic surgery. I unintentionally overheard them talking, and they were giving the hospital a fairly positive evaluation. Well, equipment matters, the director's experience matters, the consultation manager matters, everything matters... But those women’s evaluation slightly increased my trust in this hospital. I actually went in for the consultation, and the director clearly divided things into what could be done and what could not be done, and said he would not significantly touch the functional parts (inferior turbinate, nasal valve, deviated septum). Some of it matched my own thoughts, and I learned a few things too, so it was pretty good overall. In particular, the consultation manager was overflowing with confidence. Usually there are managers who just say, the doctor will do this and this, so the cost is like this, and leave it at that, but this consultation manager clearly had pride in the hospital and the director's skill, and that gave me a very high impression.
