I went in expecting it because I'd seen pretty eye reviews, and during the consultation they first asked what style I wanted, then repeatedly shaped the line to suit me. They also explained everything thoroughly before I even had to ask, so I felt comfortable... And both the doctor and the manager were kind, and even though there were a lot of people at the hospital, time management was systematic so the wait wasn't long, which was nice.
