I had surgery at the 431 main clinic and posted an honest review, but now they're asking to delete the review and saying I'm maliciously Photoshopping and posting it. When I said I disliked certain parts after surgery, they told me I'd have to pay extra if I wanted another surgery, then said that never happened. I have all the KakaoTalk messages, but the manager in charge quit, and beyond being absurd, their attitude is making me so angry. This is a place that tells people to write reviews, and it wasn't a fake review or surgery done at another clinic. I don't even know why the legal team keeps contacting me. Before surgery, we discussed lowering the bridge of the nose and even wrote it in the chart, but then going into surgery and saying they didn't do it because they were worried the nose would get longer makes no sense either. I really can't understand it no matter how hard I try. I guess I'll just have to pay extra and get surgery again. I'm not writing maliciously; I'm writing exactly as things happened, and not based on any subjective feeling.
