I consulted with Director Park Seong-wan, and he examined my face very carefully and closely. He turned it this way and that, touched it, and diagnosed that my face was asymmetrical, my nose had a slight hump, my nose was small, and my skin was thin, so he couldn't raise the bridge much. I had consultations at three places, and this was the only one that said they couldn't put in much silicone because my skin was thin and my bridge was thin too. He said they could start with autologous ear cartilage and that septal cartilage might be used as well. I wanted something safe and a natural-looking nose, so I liked that he suggested starting with ear cartilage, and I also liked that he said only a small amount of silicone would be used while taking my thin skin and thin bridge into account. The director showed me a lot of before-and-after photos and also many noses similar to mine, which I liked.
