This was the consultation I remember most negatively out of all the places I consulted. First of all, it was hard to understand the explanation of the surgery when they did not refer to the CT. At several other hospitals, the same comment was given consistently: "The nasal septum is small so it is difficult to use, and there appears to be a history of fracture." But when I asked follow-up questions after they said they would use the septum, I got an annoyed correction, and when I mentioned that I had been injured, even though I had said it during the preliminary consultation with the consultation director, they pointed to the opposite side. There was no detailed explanation of the surgical method, so I kept having to ask questions as we went along, and what I felt was that after deciding the surgical method based on the visual examination, the consultation proceeded with the answer already decided. They said they would do an osteotomy on one side, but they weren't sure whether they would do the other side or not. They also said they weren't sure whether they would use this material or not, that everything would be decided during the operation, and that regardless of whether it was used, it would be included in the price. I also found it strange that they said the price had already been discounted enough. The facility was overall clean, and the staff's guidance was also neat. I saw a lot of Chinese patients too.
