Two of my friends had good results, so I went in for a designated consultation almost already decided, but due to a mistake by the appointment desk I was assigned to another doctor and had the consultation. The manager’s response was really disappointing and frustrating. It was nice that, in exchange for the consultation fee, they did a CT scan and examined me carefully, but the managers kept chatting and making mistake after mistake, so I don’t think management is very good.
