I made an appointment with Dr. ㅂㅅㅇ specifically for a consultation. A friend recommended it (they've done a lot of surgeries here and everyone said it went well) I heard they're famous for natural nose surgery, and as I heard, it seems they almost never use rib cartilage. They said they don't use the septum either and do it only with ear cartilage. My nose is on the smaller side, so they said they wouldn't be able to raise it much, and that it would be only to the extent that other people would think, 'Oh, it looks a bit different?' But when I actually heard that... I'm worried it might not change enough Even though I want something natural, I'm still a little torn I think I'll end up having surgery either here or at the other place with 431.
