The director was very kind. They didn't take photos, and I went into the director's consultation almost right on my reserved time. I went because I wanted to correct my hooked nose, but they absolutely did not push anything excessive. It seemed like they only recommended the minimum necessary surgery! The consultation manager and staff looked tired, but they were kind.
