They spend more time on the consultation than anywhere else and go into great detail. They even draw the expected post-surgery look for you directly in Photoshop. I asked all kinds of questions, and they answered everything, kind of like a tsundere? Not exactly warm, but they explained everything. They were definitely cool. At other consultations, I was like, 'Ugh, do I really even need nose surgery?' but here I thought, 'Wow, I really should get surgery!' But it's expensive, definitely
