It’s been a few months since I had my nth nose revision here. Because they explained the questions I’d always had about my nose shape anatomically here, I realized what the problem was, and that ultimately made me decide to have the surgery. When I asked about the surgical method, they didn’t tell me the exact “name” of the procedure, but explained how the surgery would be done, and from what I heard it was a septal extension. These days there are many hospitals that operate using different methods, so hearing that did make me hesitate a bit... Still, they identified the aesthetic issue I’d always worried about so precisely that I went ahead with surgery based on that alone. The surgery took much longer than I expected (my nose had quite a few problems), so I worried a lot about whether I would recover well, but recovery went more smoothly than I thought. They also removed all the foreign material left inside my nose from the previous surgery, and the crooked bridge was corrected to some extent. (Before surgery, they told me not to expect everything to be corrected because my face itself is asymmetric, and I also didn’t expect it to become perfectly straight since everyone’s face is asymmetrical anyway.) For me, I’m just grateful they restored the damage from the previous surgery so well. The one disappointing thing is I told them before surgery that I preferred a natural look, but it turned out prettier and more glamorous than I expected, and that was honestly a little disappointing. There’s nothing wrong with the shape itself, and just looking at the nose, it’s really a pretty nose, but because I strongly preferred naturalness, it feels a bit disappointing to me... Anyway, I’m doing fine for now. I’ll come back to update the review after more time has passed.
