When I went there, they seemed to be in a bad mood, so they were really sharp with me and shut me down every time I tried to say something, which was disappointing because I had gone there with high expectations.. And I felt that if the surgery did not come out in the shape I wanted design-wise, it would be impossible to adjust the opinion between us.
