The director was kind during the consultation and until the anesthesia, but they came in late and the surgery took more than 4-5 hours (because bleeding would not stop easily?) The consultation manager was also much less pushy about the deposit than the hospital I had just consulted before. They understood what I wanted well and empathized well too. However, even though taking pre-op photos is understandable, they forced photo-taking afterward when I was still dazed ; The staff were all kind.
