I waited 5 months for a consultation appointment, and because I had already seen lots of posts saying the director was scary and got angry when people asked questions, I also asked my questions after the director finished speaking during the consultation, and it went well. The director was careful about whether I understood my own nose and whether I understood and followed the explanation they gave me. They even took photos personally, and the consultation ended after about an hour and a half.
