I waited an hour and had a one-hour consultation. I made the consultation appointment about a year ago. Just as I had heard, the doctor had his own firm philosophy and quirks. I got turned away twice because I couldn't draw well, and I had to listen to a long lecture about the nose shape he considered ideal. But the nose shape the doctor created was quite good. It seems like he has a nose shape he pursues, and if that matches what you want, it seems like it could be a regret-free choice. However, if you want to discuss and debate the surgery and its best direction with the doctor, you should probably go elsewhere. You'll get scolded pretty badly.
