I went into surgery with such huge expectations that I’m very dissatisfied with the result. It was a revision surgery, but since there wasn’t much done in the previous surgery, it probably wasn’t that difficult compared with the usual difficult cases that come here (you can tell from the cost too), so it was really hard on me that it didn’t turn out as well as I had hoped. And the director’s personality is exactly as people here have described in posts: difficult to deal with. Having to go through surgery with my own money while having to speak carefully was so stressful. After surgery, some people said he was good because he was a tsundere type, but I honestly don’t know. I was already physically and mentally exhausted after the surgery, and when I asked a simple question he suddenly snapped, so I got traumatized and stopped asking anything after that. Also, this was something I was told during consultation, but the nose can get longer. In my case it actually did get a little longer, and it affects satisfaction more than I expected. Still, there were no special side effects. I got a philtrum where I didn’t have one before, and my side profile became prettier. They really paid a lot of attention to me, and it’s true that the director is unusual but special.
