I had a revision rhinoplasty here about 7 years ago. I've had another surgery somewhere else since then, but back then the operation took almost 8 hours under local anesthesia, I think? It was insanely hard. They used donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage. They also showed me the shape of my nose after the surgery was finished. My nose was very flashy, and I wanted a straight nose that didn't rise too much, but they made it into a very slim, pretty, feminine nose with a slight aquiline curve, and then I had a revision somewhere else and it failed ㅡㅡㅋ Thinking about it now, I should have just left it here and waited for the tip to drop a bit.. Anyway, I remember women looking at my nose and saying it turned out insanely pretty and well done (pretty nose by women's standards).
