After a sabbatical, the hospital name has now changed to Fillup Trend Plastic Surgery. I had to wait a month for a consultation. I went at my scheduled time, but there was nobody at reception, so I ended up waiting aimlessly for 10 minutes. My current nose is so unsatisfactory that I had a lot of deliberation about whether I should go through the trouble of having surgery again. Still, while tirelessly searching for clinics, I ended up learning about Trend late. In the end, the director said my nose is not bad right now and that if I do a re-revision, it will only create more things to worry about, then showed me two photos. He said he would do it if surgery were necessary, but that it was not needed. When I said I wanted to lower the columella of my straight-up nose, he said that would mean touching everything and told me to just leave it as is. Maybe because it was the afternoon, the director looked very tired, but he wasn’t scary, and it seemed like he was trying to answer kindly in his own way. He told me not to have surgery, so I left without even paying the consultation fee. Since I had no surgery plan, I couldn’t find out the specific cost or surgery method. (I entered a random cost just to be able to post this.) I came away realizing only that touching the columella is a major surgery.
