After my first surgery with donated rib cartilage, it was a mess, so I kept looking only for removal and it has now been over a year since I had the whole thing removed at Siu. After visiting three clinics for consultations and narrowing it down between two, I chose this one because it had the fewest bad reviews. During the consultation, they were so confident and gave the impression that it would turn out well? That made me hesitate, but I still trusted the director and went ahead with the surgery. At other places, even when I explained it, they said they weren't sure, but only here did the director point out first that, shape-wise, the nasal vestibule area had gotten thicker and it was stressing me out. After the surgery, I realized the director is skilled and that all the good reviews were true. Before and after surgery, the hospital's attitude, the manager, and the director were all so, so good, and the director is so sweetㅠ After the surgery, the director came by, explained everything with the photos, checked all of my progress personally, and at a time when I was really depressed, after seeing the photos taken before surgery, said that I looked prettier in person than in the photos ㅎ I was so grateful that they took good care of me during the consultation, before surgery, and after surgery!! The manager was also really, really niceㅠㅠㅠ If you make a reservation, they focus only on you during that time.. I don't think there is really a hospital like this anywhere else. In the end, the removal went cleanly and well, and because the swelling was not much, I was able to wear makeup and go about daily life just one week later without any contraction period! I'm so grateful to the director for helping me get back to daily life smoothly!! However, compared with right after removal and one year later, as the swelling went down, my nose definitely got shorter and more upturned. I think the definition? also disappeared a bit more. It became a little more upturned and shorter than my original nose too. But since it changed gradually as the swelling went down, I didn't feel it too strongly, and after the first surgery I had been so stressed about my droopy nose that even though I sometimes worry about it and feel a little disappointed, I have been able to live my daily life well! Rather than returning to the exact same original nose, I think you should see it as the image and shape of the nose returning to something almost similar. Anyway, I have no regrets about the removal surgery and I was very satisfied and grateful!
