The doctor is really kind. But the consultation director and nurses at this place were mechanical, and I didn't feel they were friendly. After the procedure they didn't give any guidance or apply ointment, so I remember having to ask first. I was satisfied with the result because it looked natural, so I let it go, but it didn't make me feel like I wanted to visit twice ^^
