I thought the director had a much better reputation than on YouTube or other revision-removal surgery clinics, so I tried to book. He mentioned septal reinforcement, and that seemed closest to the direction I wanted, so I called because I really wanted a consultation. Whoever answered the phone, the staff member was not a doctor or even a nurse, and after asking what was bothering me, when I said my septum had been bent because of a bad surgery and I was having trouble breathing because of a severely deviated septum, they said I should go to an ENT clinic instead and asked why I was calling their clinic lol. My main goal is removal first. It was honestly ridiculous, and I already feel like dying because it has reached the point where I need removal. I don't know what the director's YouTube was about when he said he could reinforce a severely deviated septum and properly correct it. It was also absurd that the staff member, without proper expertise, just said it couldn't be done and told me to go to an ENT clinic. I was hurt by the attitude of saying a consultation is possible, but the surgery might not be~ I don't know whether they were the manager or just the front desk coordinator, but the staff member who answered the phone seemed to have no service mindset at all. Someone who is thinking about removal and wants a consultation is already at the point of wanting to die because the surgery went wrong.
