I'm not sure about now, but I got a consultation a few years ago, and even though I had an appointment and went there, the wait was so long that I wondered if I had even made a reservation. The coordinator's consultation was good, but after that, I had to wait again to see the director, so it took a really long time and was boring ㅜ
