I made an appointment for a consultation and went there, but... they said they had to go into surgery. Why even have an appointment then?? I felt awkward about the consultation thinking about the person who was lying on the operating table, so I couldn't talk for long. But the director was kind and really answered the questions I asked well, which was nice, but the surgery is done by the doctor anyway, so without being able to discuss the direction of the surgery or any other part, I passed.
