I visited this clinic through a referral from an acquaintance, and after the consultation I decided to proceed with an incision, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. I received a discount for writing a review and for the referral, but one thing to watch out for is that if the referral is from someone associated with the clinic, especially a clinic staff member, they ask for that person's phone number. In my case it was someone I knew only through a chain of acquaintances, so I didn't know their number, and because of that I'm not even sure whether the referral discount was actually applied... Also, when deciding on the surgery, the consultation director seemed to push for a decision. The consultation and surgery were handled by Dr. Lee, who seemed kind and very thorough. But I was a little surprised that the design process was done manually rather than with a computer. I had expected a pre- and post-surgery simulation on a computer, but the doctor was working by directly creating the double eyelid with tools. He was meticulous, so it was fine. On the day of surgery, I received the instructions, had a consultation with the doctor, and then went into surgery. It hurt more than I expected, but it was bearable. The doctor did seem to examine everything carefully and with a lot of effort. After the surgery, the swelling went down quickly and opening my eyes became a little easier. But the line at the inner corner of my eyes is a little asymmetrical, so I'm planning to get a follow-up consultation when the stitches are removed.
