Because the doctor was very busy, I met them twice for the consultation, and each time they spent about 15 to 20 minutes with me. The consultation was too short, so most of the explanations were given by the manager conducting the consultation. I first saw the doctor again only 3 to 4 days after surgery, and aside from them saying the surgery went well and explaining how long I might need to keep the blood drainage pouch on, it was hard to have much of a conversation. Since it was my first surgery in my life, part of the problem was that I didn't know what to ask or what I should have listened for, but honestly I thought the pre- and post-op care was lacking a lot. It's not yet the stage where I can say exactly how the surgery turned out. I rushed too much at the beginning, so I still don't really know exactly how it should have been handled. I'm still recovering, so I'll leave another review later.
