I couldn’t get a proper consultation, so I wrote this in a rough way. I booked Banobagi for Monday at 1:00 p.m. I arrived around 1:45 p.m. The hospital was extremely big. Because of that, the lobby where check-in was done was comfortable. After checking in and consulting, I went up to the second floor. There were about 10 consultation rooms, and the waiting room? The place to wait was way too cramped. It was suffocating because there were so many people. After going up, I waited an hour and a half and saw the manager. We talked for about 2 minutes, and they said to wait a little and that I would see the doctor. I waited 15 minutes and the doctor still hadn’t come, so I asked, and they said to wait a little longer because the surgery had just finished. My next consultation was tight on time, so after waiting 2 hours I just left. I waited so long that I even lost the desire to have surgery. If it’s going to be like this, I don’t know why they take reservations. They should just go in order of check-in.
