Back then I had a buried suture method, but one eye kept loosening, so I had revision surgery with a full incision. For my nose, I had revision surgery because the bridge was crooked, but it would have been better not to have had revision surgery on the nose... I ended up with a scar or maybe protruding cartilage near the nostril area anyway, and my nose also turned up. I also remember the stitches not being fully removed at first.
