The staff at reception on the 1st floor had poor service. The staff upstairs in the consultation area were kind. And the consultation manager was reeeeeally great. The explanations were professional, and she worried about my nose together with me. She also spoke from her own experience. I could choose between the head director and a director with 10 years of experience. I consulted with the head director, and he said things in a way that showed he wouldn't do anything excessive, so I felt this wasn't just a place trying to make as much money as possible. When the manager did the post-consultation, she told me the estimates for each case if I went with the head director or another director based on today's consultation, so I could make a choice. However, because the surgical direction I wanted was a little different, I didn't choose them, but if it had matched what I wanted, I think this would have been a place worth trusting and doing it at.
