I only had epicanthoplasty, but because I have ptosis and uneven eyes, they recommended double eyelid surgery. I said I was fine because I was satisfied with my own double eyelids, and I liked that they didn't push it on me. They also explained everything in great detail, which was good. The director didn't want to give me a discount since I was only getting epicanthoplasty, but I held out for a booking discount right after the visit and barely managed to get one. They are neither especially kind nor especially rude, just say what needs to be said. The nurses are very kind. After surgery, a tiny asymmetry in the crease at the inner corners of my eyes and a pimple-like needle mark appeared on only one eye. I thought it would go away with time, but it didn't, so I went back several years later. In photos taken with a flash, the crease at the inner corner of one eye doesn't seem to continue all the way down, but in shaded places it is clearly visible. They kept saying there was no problem, and that it was because I was getting older or because I had gained weight and the skin had sagged. It's true that I'm older now and have gained weight, but even from the time I first had the surgery, my eyes were uneven and only one side had a severe crease. Even so, they kept saying that, and even said it was absurd, so I felt there was no point in arguing further and it would only drain my emotions, so I just apologized and left. Now I'm looking into revision epicanthoplasty. I do not recommend it.
