The facilities and system were good. I had an appointment for a consultation, and the wait wasn't very long. I met with the director right away, and I liked that they didn't push me too hard and I felt I could trust them. The earliest surgery date didn't work for me, so I didn't end up having surgery, but if I get another chance later, I would consider it. Still, the manager was rude and seemed to pressure me, which was a bit disappointing.
