I don't know how they manage scheduling. I arrived on time, but they said the director was already in surgery and told me to wait more than two hours. Just from this clumsy time management and UX, I could already imagine how sloppy the aftercare would be. I heard the consultation itself is pretty decent, so it might not be a bad place to use just for a consultation and then move on.
