When I had a CT done somewhere else, they said my septum was fairly straight and there were no other problems. They took front, side, and underside photos before the consultation, and after looking at the photos, they said my nose was crooked. If it looked crooked from the outside, it could be even more crooked when opened, and the septum could also be crooked. And I heard that completely shaving down the hump isn’t good either (though that may not be true), but they said to remove it all and put in silicone. With all the extra things added on, the total came out to around 6 million won, and with partner discounts it could go down to around 4 million. When they explained the cost, they said I’d need to pay a deposit so that if I decided to have surgery later, I could get the discounted price.
