Too many people, it's chaotic, especially Chinese people. (It also felt like the staff were split into factions.) Changing clothes also took a long time. The director definitely seemed experienced. Thorough and explained things well. BUT Very salesy. They said there would be a discount if I paid on the day, and if I canceled, they would return the deposit minus 10 percent. Later, when I asked them to cancel, they kept delaying contact.
